By accessing, browsing or using this Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies.

4. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions, specifications, photographs and colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours and other visual details may vary depending on your device, screen settings, photography and lighting conditions.

Cam-Ora products are crafted from genuine camel leather. As leather is a natural material, variations in grain, texture and tone may occur. These natural variations contribute to the individual character of each product and are not considered defects.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

5. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the Site and may be changed from time to time.

Cam-Ora reserves the right to modify product prices, promotions, descriptions and availability without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by Cam-Ora, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

The total amount payable, including applicable shipping charges and any other charges collected by us, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Orders

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

Cam-Ora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

• Payment failure

• Delivery restrictions

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

• Legal or regulatory requirements

If payment has already been collected for an order that Cam-Ora subsequently cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

7. Payments

We accept payment methods displayed and available at checkout.

Where available, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards may be accepted for payment.

Transactions may be processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) or another currency displayed and supported at checkout.

The price and currency displayed during checkout will be the basis of your transaction. If your payment card or account is denominated in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate and fees.

Cam-Ora does not control foreign exchange rates or fees charged by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Customers should retain a copy of their transaction records and the applicable Cam-Ora policies relating to their purchase.

8. Payment Security

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment service providers.

Cam-Ora does not require customers to send payment card details by email.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to use the payment method selected when placing an order.

9. Delivery & Shipping

Cam-Ora delivers throughout the United Arab Emirates and internationally to supported destinations.

Delivery times, shipping charges, international delivery conditions, customs information and other shipping terms are described in our Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by customs clearance, courier operations, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside Cam-Ora's reasonable control.

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for understanding any applicable import requirements in their destination country.

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible purchases may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Natural variations in the grain, texture and tone of genuine camel leather are characteristic of the material and are not considered product defects.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available through the Site, including the Cam-Ora name, trademarks, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, website design and other content, is owned by or licensed to Cam Ora F.Z.E and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use Cam-Ora intellectual property or Site content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Cam-Ora will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, courier interruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, telecommunications failures or other force majeure events.

Cam-Ora may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Site, services, policies or applicable legal requirements.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms & Conditions become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdictional requirements that may apply.
