Delivery Policy

Cam Ora - FZE delivers products within the United Arab Emirates and internationally where applicable.

Shipping is handled through trusted third-party courier companies such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx, or equivalent delivery providers.

Delivery within UAE cities shall generally take between 1 to 3 working days.

International delivery may take between 4 to 10 working days depending on destination country, customs clearance, and courier operations.

Delivery fees within the UAE may be charged at a flat rate or displayed during checkout. International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on country and delivery location.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information including:

• Email address

Cam Ora - FZE shall not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, customs procedures, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Customers are advised to retain proof of delivery receipts signed upon receiving the shipment.

For certain orders, multiple shipments may occur depending on product availability. Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Once the order is shipped, customers may receive shipment tracking information via email or SMS where available.
