Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged upon delivery

• Wrong product was received

• Product remains unused

• Product is returned in its original sealed packaging

Customers must contact Cam Ora - FZE customer support before returning any item.

Returned items must be shipped using a registered courier service with tracking information.

Cam Ora - FZE reserves the right to reject returned items if:

• Products show signs of use

• Packaging has been tampered with

• Product is incomplete

• Return request exceeds the allowed timeframe

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to company error or damaged products received by the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund or replacement request.
