Refund Policy

Cam Ora - FZE aims to ensure customer satisfaction and fair handling of refund requests.

Refund requests may be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged

• Wrong product delivered

• Product is defective

• Order cannot be fulfilled

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Approved refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by Cam Ora - FZE.

The company reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds.

Refunds may be rejected if:

• The product has been used

• The product is damaged by the customer

• Original packaging is missing

• Return conditions are not met
