Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or processed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official customer support channels listed on the website.

If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing may take up to 45 days depending on the policies of the customer’s issuing bank and payment provider.

Orders that have already been shipped or processed may not be eligible for cancellation.
