We understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your Cam-Ora order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cam-ora.com and include your order number.
Cancellation requests are subject to the order's processing and shipping status.
Cancellation Refunds
If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been completed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once the refund has been processed by Cam-Ora, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with our 14-Day Return & Refund Policy.
