Cam-Ora delivers orders throughout the United Arab Emirates and internationally to supported destinations.

We ship with Aramex and other trusted logistics providers to ensure your order is handled securely and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Delivery Charges at a Glance

• United Arab Emirates — free delivery on every order. No minimum spend.
• International — AED 73 flat for orders below AED 500 (approx. USD 20).
• International — free on orders of AED 500 or more (approx. USD 136).
• All duties and taxes included in the prices shown — no extra charges on delivery.

UAE Delivery

Orders within the United Arab Emirates are delivered by Aramex, typically within 1–2 working days of your order. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Delivery within the UAE is free of charge on all orders, with no minimum order value.

International Delivery

International orders are generally delivered within 4–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance and courier operations.

Our international shipping rates are:

• AED 73 for orders below AED 500
• Free international shipping for orders of AED 500 or more

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you may receive tracking information by email or SMS, where available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been collected by the courier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes are included in the prices shown on cam-ora.com. You will not be asked to pay customs duties or import taxes on delivery.

Customs clearance times vary by country and may occasionally extend delivery times.

Delivery Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Cam-Ora is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, courier disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions or force majeure events.

Multiple Shipments

In certain circumstances, an order may be delivered in more than one shipment due to product availability, logistics requirements or other operational reasons.

Where possible, customers will receive relevant tracking information for each shipment.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cam-ora.com with your order number and relevant details.
